The Darby Creek Swine 4-H Club met for the Quality Assurance (QA) meeting on April 23. This was an important meeting because you must have QA in order to show your livestock animal. In this meeting, we passed out some forms and had to fill them out before the meeting was adjourned. We viewed a presentation given at the Extension Office that covered Veterinarian-Client-Patient-Relationship, drugs and drug use, Veterinary Feed Directive, Drug use Notification Forms, and antibiotic uses. After that, we practiced some topics in the use of activities, and finally, to end off the meeting, we did a QA matching game.

The next meeting will be on April 22 when the club will complete their Quality Assurance.
