WEST LIBERTY – Project Teddy Bear & Friends is holding its annual stuffed animal donation contest between Logan and Champaign counties during the month of May. Donations, along with notation of donors’ community and county, should be placed in a sealed bag and taken to the donation box on the front porch of the Teddy Bear Lady, 8908 N. U.S. Route 68. The address is located between Library Motors and Yoder Construction, south of West Liberty.
