The Friends of the Champaign County Library will be holding a special used book and furniture sale this Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1 during library business hours. The books available for this special sale are middle grade children’s and teen’s books, thanks to recent large local donations.

The library is in the process of updating some of its older furniture including tables, chairs, couches, and more and replacing it with newer, more technologically accessible furniture with more outlets for using and charging devices throughout the library. All proceeds from this special sale will help support programs held at the Champaign County Library.

The regular Friends of the Library Spring Book Sale will still be on May 5 and 6 at the library featuring books, movies, and more for all ages, in addition to a final round of library surplus furniture.
