LONDON – The Madison County Horse Committee’s annual Tack Sale & Clinic is set for 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Madison County Fairgrounds, 205 Elm St., London. The admission fee is $1 for those over 5 years old. Clinics will be held at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. This event benefits the Madison County 4-H Horse Program.
