Darrell Heckman will present another true crime story from Champaign County when the county Historical Society meets at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at the historical society museum, 809 East Lawn Ave. The public is invited.

This case concerns the prosecution of Jeffrey Blair for the 1988 murder of an Urbana woman on County Line Road at the Mad River. This was the first case in the area in which DNA evidence was used.

Prior to the program, the annual business meeting will be held, during which members will vote on officers.
