Student artists, musicians putting on show today

0

It’s the holiday season once again and what better way to celebrate than a little bit of giving? The entire arts department at Urbana High School has joined forces to try to do a little something for those in need around the holidays.

At 7 p.m. today, all are invited to the high school auditorium and gym lobby for a show to remember. The choirs and bands will perform. The art classes will be selling art, priced between $5 or $10 and matted ready to be framed.

All proceeds from the sale and donations will be donated to The Caring Kitchen, Stepping Stones and The WhereHouse.

Today’s art/music show/sale includes “Fruit” by Cassie James.
