The Urbana Water Division will close the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Logan Street on Monday, Nov. 23, for excavation work. During the dig, the intersection, located near Heritage Cooperative, is anticipated to be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in all directions.
