Champaign County remembers those who served on U.S. Army Air Corps Remembrance Day


Local veterans, veterans groups, the Urbana High School Band, vocalists and others gathered at the Champaign Aviation Museum on Oct. 3 to observe U.S. Army Air Corps Remembrance Day. The agenda included patriotic music, a 21-gun salute, a moment of silence to remember those no longer living and a prayer for veterans still living.
