Area veterans will gather in Urbana University Stadium today for the 2015 Blue Knights Athletics Veterans Honor Day. Anyone who has served or is serving in the nation’s military branches will be given free tickets to the NCAA Division II football contest between Urbana University and Notre Dame College.

Guests should arrive at 11 a.m. for pregame activities, including a vintage military vehicle display and meeting members of the Wounded Warriors Program. Kick-off is at noon. Service men and women will be recognized on the field during half-time.
