Wolcott Road in Jackson Township will be closed to thru-traffic between Elm Tree Road and state Route 235 starting Monday, Aug. 15, for approximately two weeks for the installation of an 8-foot by 4-foot reinforced concrete box culvert, according to the county Engineer’s Office. Funding is through the county engineer’s share of motor vehicle and license fees and gasoline tax.
