The Champaign County Arts Council announced winners of its 3nd annual Juried Art Exhibition. The show included 37 pieces and 14 artists from Champaign and Clark counties.

The winners are:

1) Mike Major, “Lincoln”

2) Jessie Barker, “Quilt”

3) Steve McInturff, “Old Man, Take a Look at My Eyes”

4) Debbie Loffing, “Rudy”

The show was judged by Dan Knepper, the 2016 Art Affair on the Square poster artist.

Knepper primarily works in oil and watercolor. He graduated from Bowling Green State University and spent nearly 15 years as an art teacher at Botkins School before leaving to become a full-time professional artist in 2014.

The Ohio Arts Council helped fund this program with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
