Free Group Fitness Classes:
Wednesday, Sept. 9
11 a.m. – Boot Camp Bound: Use of mini trampolines as well as stability balls, light weights, and body weight. Designed so anyone can participate.
1 p.m. – Senior Fitness: Focuses on stretching and balance with some free weight work (nothing more than 3 pounds).
6 p.m. – Cardio Bound: Choreographed workout on a mini-trampoline, but you can go at your own pace.
Thursday, Sept. 10
Insanity Live: Every class is different and you use your own body weight. Questions, call the center at 937-368-3700.
