Hi. My name is Ross and I was named for Ross County here in Ohio. I am a Terrier mix boy and they think I’m about a year old. I weigh about 15 pounds. I don’t know how old I am because I can’t count too well, but I do know I am so glad these ladies from Barely Used Pets saw me that day. I was in a little tiny cage at a swap meet out in the open and I was shivering from the cold. I had been dumped on this man’s porch and he was giving me away because he really couldn’t keep me. I remember they looked at each other and said “Should we take him?” And all I could think was “Yes, Yes!” Then they scooped me up and wrapped me in a blanket. Wow! I was so happy to be in that car. They called it my Freedom Ride to my new forever home. You should see this place. Dogs around me talking to me and we get lots of food and a huge playground to run around in … toys for everyone. It’s like summer camp here. But what I really want is a new forever family to love me. Won’t you come and see me? We can always use donations and they are all of those basic supplies that we use so quickly. We need paper towels, Clorox, Dawn dish soap (original), and laundry soap.
