Theodore Scott Vaughan

Chelsea and Thomas Vaughan III of Urbana announce the birth of a son, Theodore Scott Vaughan, born at 1:30 p.m. July 15, 2017, at Memorial Hospital, Marysville. He weighed 8 pounds and measured 21 inches. Maternal grandmother is Annette Price of Dayton. Paternal grandparents are Tom and Andrea Vaughan of Urbana.
