Oxley Harold James Carter

Timothy and Kinzie Carter of Mechanicsburg announce the birth of a son, Oxley Harold James Carter, born at 8:55 a.m. Sept. 29, 2016, at Memorial Hospital, Marysville. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 21 inches. He joins Maebree and Wrenn. Maternal grandparents are Jennifer and Scott O’Laughlin and Jeff Brady, all of Mechanicsburg. Paternal grandparents are Daron Carter of Troy and Denny and Barb Thorton of Enon. Maternal great-grandparents are Peg and Harry Dearwester of DeGraff and Don and Mary Brody of Richwood. Paternal great-grandfather is Donald Carter of Troy.
