Tim and Kathy Mays celebrated their 30th anniversary Aug. 18. They were married on that date in 1990 in Urbana.
Mr. Mays works for Weidmann Technology.
They have three children, Andrew Deere, Rickey (Nicole) Deere, and Elisha (Shawn) Stokes. They have eight grandchildren.
