PLAIN CITY – Chaley Wade scored a game-high 14 points as WL-S knocked off Jonathan Alder, 44-34, in non-league girls basketball.

For the Tigers (6-6), Lilly Weaver had 13 points and Bailey Poppe added 11.

WL-S won the jayvee game, 20-18. Ava Poppe had 8 points for the Tigers.

WL-S hosts Cedarville Saturday afternoon.

The WL-S 7th grade boys beat Greenon, 39-26. For the Tigers (6-0), Beckett Sullivan had 15 points and Asher Cole added 7.

WL-S’s 8th grade boys won, 49-34. For the Tigers, Sutton Wilcoxon had 15 points and 6 steals, Braden Hershberger had 7 points and 3 steals and Tucker Searles and Corbin Clapsaddle each added 7 points.
