Raymond Rice and Darlene Rice of Woodstock announce the engagement of their son Thomas Rice to Heather Edmonson, daughter of Amy Edmonson and the late Kevin Edmonson of Daytona Beach, Florida.
The wedding will take place in February 2020 in Isabela, Puerto Rico.
