The old Johnson property was acquired by Francis Price. He made it clear that he was going to make so many millions and send his money to his homeland of Jamaica, then he would leave. He made it very clear that he did not care of any employees. It is a shame that he had holdings in Hilliard and Urbana. The state of Ohio gave him every thing he asked for and he was not a citizen of our country. I would like to know how our country and county and city let him get away with this. I am sure if you are a citizen of USA our government would not give you the money and privileges that they afforded him. It is a shame that the taxpayers of our city is responsible for this cleanup.
