Mad River Jr. Livestock had April meetings on the 13th and 27th. During the meetings we passed out new project books and information packets about dairy feeders. Reports were given by Mallory Caudill-FFA experiences, Avery Anderson-feeder update, Maria McIntosh-feeder update, Zack Burroughs-why he chose his projects, Ariana Spina-how to stay organized with your projects.

BFF Club organized Oct. 17, 2015 at the home of Shirley Pullins. We held our election as follows: President: Ava Blair. Vice President: Meghan Coulter. Secretary/News Reporter: Amanda Coulter. Treasurer: Haley King. Health: Kameron Mitchell. Safety: Mary Flowers. Recreation: Tyra Lett. We enjoyed pizza, punch and decorated our own monster cupcakes. After the meeting our club went to “BOO in the Bog” with our families. We took a night tour and learned about several animals. It was fun and educational too. Next meeting: November 21, 2015 at Shirley Pullins home. Cake decorators bring an iced cake.

BFF Club held its second meeting Nov. 21, 2015, at Shirley Pullins home. Passed out certificates and pens from last year to members. Have new members Paige Martinez and Tyra Lett this year. Have a new Advisor, Don Flowers this year for photography. Cake decorators made a fall scene on cakes after meeting. Next meeting: December 19th, 2015 at Ava Blair’s home at 2 pm. Christmas Exchange, and cake decorators bring an iced cake to decorate.

BFF Club held its 3rd meeting at Ava Blair’s home on Dec. 19, 2015. Held our meeting and discussed our project choices. Photography, art, self-determined and cakes. We had our Christmas gift exchange. Ava and her mother Nikki Blair had wonderful refreshments. Cake decorators decorated cakes after the meeting to look like packages with an icing bow on top. Next Meeting: January 30, 2016 at Don Flowers home. Cake decorators bring a sheet cake. Photographers need to stay after also next time.
