Williams Hardware and Roost Real Estate Co. are offering a hands-on workshop at 6 p.m. April 14 at the hardware store, 795 Scioto St. Several workshops are planned this year, starting with instructions to maintain lawn and garden equipment. The goal is to offer easy to understand training on repairing garden hoses, instead of replacing them, winding new pull cords on a lawn mowers, installing strings on string trimmers and more.
