Cabin Fever? Spring Fever? Here is something that can help with both. Champaign County Master Gardener Volunteers want to help you get a jump on your spring gardening. Our own Paddy Barr will demonstrate how you can go home and re-use those gallon milk jugs as mini greenhouse seed starters.

Enjoy this free cold-weather activity with us on March 9, at 6 p.m. in the Champaign County Library. This is a great way to start those cold hardy perennials from seed and have baby plants to pop into the soil before you know it. See you there!

Oh, and save the date March 23 when a panel of Master Gardeners will hold a question and answer session for your gardening concerns.
