Urbana University second-year graduate student Kevin Fidler, of St. Paris, took a break from studying for fall semester finals on Tuesday to spend time in the Swedenborg Memorial Library with Tickles, a female schnauzer/terrier mix. Fidler, who is pictured feeding treats to Tickles, has attended the pet therapy sessions every year since Tickles’ owner, Nancy Sleeper, held the first one at UU back in April 2013. Fidler, who is pursuing a MBA degree, was valedictorian of the class of 2014 at UU.
