Will the Cincinnati Bengals finally turn the corner and win a playoff game, or will they regress and fail to make the post-season?

A very good question, indeed.

On paper, as usual, the Bengals look pretty good.

Quarterback is still a big question mark, though, since Andy Dalton has proven to be inconsistent in the regular season and downright awful in the post-season.

Maybe backup QB AJ McCarron will push Dalton to get better, although I wonder if Dalton has already hit his ceiling.

My guess is that if the Bengals make the playoffs, they will just barely make it.

In Cleveland, the defense looks decent, but the offense could be putrid.

The Browns need a legitimate starting quarterback, not Josh McCown or sore-armed Johnny Manziel.

Here are my fearless predictions for the 2015 NFL season:

AFC East: New England, Miami, New York Jets, Buffalo

AFC North: Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Cleveland

AFC South: Indianapolis, Houston, Tennessee, Jacksonville

AFC West: Denver, San Diego, Kansas City, Oakland

NFC East: Dallas, Philadelphia, New York Giants, Washington

NFC North: Green Bay, Detroit, Minnesota, Chicago

NFC South: Carolina, Atlanta, New Orleans, Tampa Bay

NFC West: Seattle, Arizona, St. Louis, San Francisco
