Air show returns to Toledo this weekend after decade absence

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — Toledo’s airport is hosting its first big air show in more than a decade this weekend.

Highlighting the lineup is the U.S. Air Force’s Thunderbirds precision flying team.

The Ohio Air National Guard’s 180th Fighter Wing and the agency that runs Toledo Express Airport are hosting the event that begins Saturday.

The lineup includes military and civilian air demonstration teams. There also will be military aircraft displays.
