— GOP 2016-CONVENTION-BODY CAMERAS: Cleveland police officers will have body cameras affixed to their riot gear during the Republican National Convention this month.

— CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING: A man has been indicted on charges he advertised a 15-year-old girl as a prostitute last year and drove her from Kentucky to Ohio with the intention of compelling her to engage in prostitution.

— SERIAL RAPES-CHARGES: Authorities say a man accused of sexually assaulted seven women between 1993 and 2003 has been indicted on numerous charges of rape and kidnapping in northeast Ohio.

— BUS STOP CRASH-FATAL: Police say a man on a bus stop bench who was pinned against a building when a minivan struck him has died in Cincinnati.

— FIREWORKS STOLEN-OHIO: State authorities say fireworks worth $40,000 have been stolen from a fireworks company in southern Ohio.

— SCHOOL DISTRICT-THEFT: A man has been sentenced to prison for his role in a scheme to defraud a northeast Ohio school district out of more than $3 million

— HOLIDAY TRAVEL-OHIO: Ohioans taking to the road for the Fourth of July holiday weekend will have lots of company.

— DEFENSE CUTS-AID: The federal government has awarded $8 million for an effort to assist communities in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana affected by defense industry downsizing.
