Statehouse restaurant to close, reopen farm-to-table concept

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The eatery in the basement of the Ohio Statehouse is planning to close briefly as it undergoes a concept change.

The Capitol Café by Milo’s will close on July 5 and reopen the following week as Graze Seasonal Market Grill.

The farm-to-table restaurant concept will feature produce, grains and meats from 60 farm partners across the state.

Graze will feature a build-your-own-meal line as well as a menu of rotating specials available inside the restaurant’s dining room and outdoors on the Capitol Square patio.
