Urbana police, the Champaign County coroner and the state Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) spent most of Friday afternoon and part of Friday evening at the scene of a death in the far northwest area of Urbana.

Officials gathered at a house in a small subdivision off Railroad Street called Lionel Drive.

Urbana police were not releasing any details about the death as of press time on Friday.
