During the last few days I have had the opportunity to watch channel AHC (American History Channel) and to read local and United States history. We learn from history.
As a former Member of the United States Congress, Acting Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Commerce during President Ronald Reagan’s administration, President of the U.S. Capitol History Society, a non-government funded organization, plus leadership in many organizations which are an integral part of “making history,” I have had the experience to know that an accurate report of all phases of history means a strong and productive nation and community.
On Nov. 7, Champaign County citizens have the opportunity to provide our home county with the facility which will preserve our rich heritage. Vote yes! Again, we learn from history.
