I read with enthusiasm about the award presentations at the most recent Champaign County/Urbana Chamber annual dinner. I want to applaud the well-deserved award given to my friend, Mr. Neil Evans. Our community is, has been and will be, a better place because of Neil’s presence. Congratulations Neil!
