If you watch people driving/aiming going thru the square at least a third are driving their phone/iPad/iPod or whatever instead of the vehicle and at least half do not understand the word yield.

So give a lot of them big ugly tickets and save my tax money.

But on the other hand, we buy 60 acres of land for one school building on a piece of land with no sewer or water.
