Life Chain event draws more than 70

0

Champaign County Right to Life (CCRTL) wishes to thank the over 70 people who came out for the Life Chain witness on Sunday, Oct. 2, on Monument Square. They were there because they know that over 21,000 infants in the womb were aborted in Ohio in 2015, and 38 of those abortions were from Champaign County. In the state, the loss is equal to the population of a small town, and in our County, well over a class of elementary students, as well as a loss of good future citizens.

Those attending came from eleven different churches, and four pastors were present: Fr. Matt Lee (St. Mary’s), Revs. Grant Cordell (Freewill Baptist), Wayne Taylor (New Life Christian Church, Cable), and Dave Ridenour (former pastor, Jesus the Living Savior).

Those wishing to learn of CCRTL’s regular activities can e-mail [email protected].

Sincerely,

David George

President, Champaign County RTL
