Civista Bank has announced two promotions.

Emily R. Flora was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Regional Teller Manager. Flora began her banking career at Civista in 2012. As a Regional Teller Manager she is responsible for supporting branch operations while providing ongoing coaching to teller supervisors across Civista Bank’s central and southwest Ohio offices.

Flora graduated magna cum laude from Coastal Carolina University, earning her bachelor’s degree in English. She is a Project Advisor in Goats N Shoats 4-H Club, a member of the Champaign County Senior Goat Council, advisor to the Champaign County Junior Goat Council and a member of the Champaign County Poultry Advisors Council. She lives in Urbana with her husband, Brian.

Gary R. Weaver was promoted to Assistant Vice President. As a Retail Sales Manager for Civista Bank’s offices in central and southwest Ohio, he provides sales leadership for nine Civista offices and continues to serve as Branch Leader for the Urbana Office. .

Weaver earned his Masters of Business Administration from Urbana University and has over 20 years of financial service experience. He is a member of the Champaign and Logan County Chambers of Commerce and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. He lives in Urbana with his wife and their six children.
