MECHANICSBURG – The Ohio Department of Transportation reported 7 a.m.-5 p.m. lane closures Tuesday, July 28, to Monday, Aug. 31, on state Route 4 from Sceva Avenue in Mechanicsburg to the Champaign-Union county line. That part of state Route 4 is being resurfaced. One lane of traffic is being maintained by flaggers.
