WL-S announces homecoming court

WEST LIBERTY – This is fall homecoming week at West Liberty-Salem and the court has been announced. The homecoming parade starts at Lions Park at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5. The parade starts at Lions Park, travels west on Pickerelltown to U.S. Route 68, south on Route 68 to Baird, and east on Baird to Lions park. The parade grand marshal is Mr. Greg Thomas – high school government and economics teacher, senior class advisor, and former student council advisor.

The homecoming king and queen will be crowned at a pre-game ceremony on Friday, Oct. 6 at 6 p.m.

The homecoming football game against visiting Triad is Friday, Oct. 6 with kickoff at 7 p.m.

The homecoming dance is Saturday, Oct. 7 from 8-11 p.m. in the West Liberty-Salem cafetorium.
