Walter & Lewis Funeral & Cremation Services announced the addition of Kathy Griffieth, licensed funeral director and embalmer, to the team serving the Urbana community. She will join the experienced team of Frankie Bennett and Rebbecca Sule. All three of these funeral directors are also certified Life Celebrants, which will help them guide families in creating the appropriate life celebration for families.
In addition to Griffieth’s funeral service experience, she has experience in the medical field, caring for cardiac patients and their families. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and was awarded the Dodge Award for her exceptional advancement in the art of embalming.
