George Rogers Clark Heritage Association holds Crabill Homestead event

SPRINGFIELD – The Crabill Homestead, 2800 Croft Road, invites the public to join the ladies of the Crabill Homestead for tea and entertainment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 17. With the tea will be delectable food such as scones, finger sandwiches and President Thomas Jefferson’s favorite salad. Quilts and needlework will be on display. There will be two seatings for the tea: 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The cost is $20 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by sending the correct amount by check to George Rogers Clark Heritage Association, P.O. Box 1251; Springfield, Ohio 45501 or by visiting www.crabillhomestead.org and following the link to reserve a spot online. Seating is limited. The event will support the continued maintenance and repair of the Crabill Homestead.
