No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle crash on East state Route 29 earlier this week.

According to Trooper Toby Sebastian of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Springfield Post, an SUV was driven by Miranda Moore, 24, of Lancaster and a pickup truck pulling a trailer was driven by Steven Moore, 59, of Lancaster.

A tanker truck driven by Davinder Chatrath, 35, of Dayton, rear-ended the pickup truck. Sebastian said the truck did a 180-degree turn, disconnecting the trailer from the truck.

The trailer went into the rear of the SUV.

Sebastian said while there was no gas leak from the tanker, there was a diesel fuel leak from the truck.

Sebastian said Chatrath was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
