Hi! My name is Duke and I am a mix of terrier and pit bull. I am about 4 years old and weigh about 50 pounds. I am pretty high energy. I love, love, love attention and affection. People stop and stare at me because of my cool hair style. I’ve got that terrier wire-like hair that forms a perfect “V” on top of my head. Pretty cool, huh? I am good around adults and older children, but not so much little ones. Won’t you please come out and see me? We can run around in the play yard or even go out for a good walk. The people here are really nice and the dogs are alright, too. Well, sometimes they are all talking at once and I can’t keep up with them, especially when a new kid comes in. We all want to hear about how they got here and I have to talk above the others to be heard. But once I’m away from the pack I calm way down. So please come out, ask them for a leash, and let’s go on a walk. Then please think about letting me come and live with you. I will be loyal like you wouldn’t believe and I’ll be a good boy.
