Cuttahotha Society of the Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.) installed a new senior president at the Christmas meeting. Kim Snyder, of St. Paris, will replace outgoing senior president Janet Ebert. Snyder will continue as senior registrar for the society.

Vice President Stephanie Selvaggio presided at the meeting, opening with the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Anna Selvaggio, and the Star Spangled Banner.

Megan Snyder served as secretary pro tempore.

Urbana Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution Regent Judith Henson installed the new senior president. The society decided to continue the book collection for needy persons in the month of March. Members hope to exceed last year’s donations of over 2,000 books. Several other projects were discussed and planned for 2016.
