Wanted: Information on Urbana arson

Arson reward signs are posted at the former Q3/JMC property, 605 Miami St. in Urbana, which caught fire in the early morning hours on Sunday. Bill Krugh, a spokesman for the state Fire Marshal’s Office, confirmed on Wednesday the fire has been ruled arson, and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the fire is asked to call the state Fire Marshal’s Fire & Explosion Investigations Bureau at 1-800-589-2728 or the Urbana Fire Division at 937-652-4375. According to the posted signs, a reward up to $5,000 may be granted at the discretion of the Ohio Blue Ribbon Arson Committee to any person/persons furnishing information leading to the identification of the person/persons responsible for the fire.
