West Liberty Labor Day Festival coming soon

WEST LIBERTY – The 51st annual West Liberty Lions Club 3 day Labor Day Festival begins on Friday, Sept. 2, with bingo at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, to Monday, Sept. 5, are full of activities, music and food.

Activities for the weekend include, Parade, Lawnmower & Go-Cart races, Antique Tractor Pull, Community Church Service, Chicken BBQ, Children’s Tractor Pull, Bingo and ball games. There will be lots of music, with performers such as Michael Fittro, WLS Band, WLS Jazz Band, Muleskinners, Jim Greer and the Mac-O-Chee Valley Folks, Jack Fox, The Groove, Logan County Dulcimers, Unto Him, and Love and Outcome.

There are many food and beverage vendors with lots of yummy choices. There will be exhibitors, displays, flea market, crafts, Antique Equipment Show, Antique Tractor Show, 2016 Feature Tractor International and the fun Duck Races down the Mad River. Admission is free, no pets are allowed and no unauthorized motor vehicles permitted.
