Mr. and Mrs. Donald McGowen of Urbana celebrated their 40th anniversary on April 18, 2014. They were married on that date by the Rev. Dr. Earl McCall.They are the parents of two children, Don (Holly) McGowen and Russell (Michelle) McGowen. They also have nine grandchildren.Donald McGowen is employed by CSX Railroad.
