Mary Kathryn Elizabeth Brugger, Urbana, and Robert Wesley Dean, Mechanicsburg, were wed at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Norwood, on May 14 at 1:30 p.m. by Father Joseph Greenwell.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Julie Brugger, Urbana. The groom is the son of Shelley and the late Rolland “Dusty” Dean, Mechanicsburg.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Matron of honor was Natalie Kunkel, sister of the bride. Best man was Matthew Upchurch, friend of the groom and cousin of the bride.
The bride wore an Alfred Angelo ball gown with basque waist, sheer sleeves & a chapel length train. It was a recreation of Cinderella’s wedding dress, complete with floral embroidery & beading throughout. The fingertip mantilla veil was embroidered with an alencon lace edge. The bouquets for the bride & matron of honor were made by the bride, groom, matron of honor & bride’s mother & were a combination of pink & white silk flowers, various brooches & pins.
A reception was held at The Mills Park Hotel, Yellow Springs.
The couple planned to honeymoon at Montego Bay, Jamaica. They live in Urbana.
The bride is an Account Manager at Staffmark, Springfield. She attended Our Lady of Victory homeschool. She graduated from Clark State Community College, where she majored in Business Management.
The groom is an IT Support Specialist, for Acusport, Bellefontaine. He attended Mechanicsburg High School and graduated from Clark State Community College, where he majored in Network Administration & Cyber Security.
