Teagan Margaret Stephens

Roger W. and Kara N. Stephens of Urbana, announce the birth of their daughter, Teagan Margaret Stephens, at 9:52 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2016, at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. Teagan weighed 7 pounds, 7.2 ounces at birth, and was 20 1/2 inches long. Teagan joins her brother, Declan Alexander, age 4.

Maternal grandparents are Ronald E. Deere of Urbana and the late Margaret M. Deere. Paternal grandmother is Carol E. Stephens of St. Paris.

Great-grandparents are Raymond and Nora Lee Deere of Urbana and Jean Ann Stephens of Springfield.
