Harper Winnie Kizer

Jason and Jeanee Kizer of Urbana announce the birth of a daughter, Harper Winnie Kizer, born at 12:58 p.m. April 29, 2016, in Memorial Hospital, Marysville. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20 inches. She joins Sean, Brock, Taylor and Graydon. Maternal grandparents are Rose Brock of Springfield and Steve and Jane Caldwell of Urbana. Paternal grandparents are Bob and Connie Kizer of Urbana. Paternal great-grandmother is Patricia Shatto of Sidney.
