Willard F. and Edith May Howell, Urbana, will observe their 70th anniversary Aug. 17. They were married on that date in Sidney by the Rev. John W. Meister.
They are the parents of four children: Terry (Jacquelyn) Howell, Nancy (Terry) Neer, Urbana, Linda (Charles) Baker of Concord, North Carolina, and Timothy (Vickie) Howell of St. Paris. They have seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate their anniversary with a gathering of family and friends.
