Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Kennedy, Mingo, will celebrate 50 years of marriage Feb. 4. An open house at Mount Carmel Friends Church will be held 2-5 p.m. Feb. 6. The omission of gifts is requested.
The couple were marred Feb. 4, 1966 by Rev. Don Esch.
They have a daughter, Lana (Jody) Martin, and one grandchild.
Mr. Kennedy retired from Grimes/Honeywell after 42 years. Mrs. Kennedy retired from WB Marvins after 20 years.
